WP Plugin to add extra languages to Blog?

I dont want it to auto-translate [or if it does, to let me edit that].
So i just want a plugin that will let me add languages i want and will copy the blogs content after clicking right flag into the language needed.

I had those but cannot remember now.

Ideas?
