WP Plugin that forces action before posting posts

Hi, I have a website (classified ads) website developed in Wordpress with a classified ads theme. It's doing pretty good but the problem is that I get loads of spammers who registers as a user and then post spam on this classified ads site. I have been going in to remove those users and their posts and that's a lot of work.

I was wondering if anyone know of a plugin or setting that can force users to complete a CPA offer or the like before they are allowed to post. This should discourage spammers and for those legitimate posters, I will leave a message explaining that this is how I am able to maintain this classified ad site to be free.

Anyone know of a plugin that can do this? Or any other bright ideas?

You can find some of the content locker offers on the web. They will give you a code to put on your site thus make your visitors complete the offer before getting in. I'm not giving you any program names because I don't know the policy about that on BHW and I can't post live links

Apparently I can't even PM until I have 15 posts. There is another thread on this forum about content locker. I think you can read up about it on here first. Then when I have the 15 posts, I'll PM ya lolz

Did a quick search but not sure if a content locker is the solution here but do PM or post me the exact title of thread to search to be sure. My goal here is to force an action (CPA email submit or similar) before a registered WP user is able to post content. The content locker plugin seems to unlock posted content but doesn't offer lock prior to post.
