WP Plugin or some script to "exit offer", help?

Hi Guys,

I need some guidance, I can't find a decent one, I need an "exit offer", like those you see with a discount when you try to leave the sales page of some product, where can I find those? I wanted the one that loads the offer page while prompting the user to stay on the page, not the other way around (user stays and is redirect), .... hmmm not sure If I was clear about it, sry :x
