WP Plugin "Exclude Pages"

Been using the Simon Wheatley's Exclude Pages plugin for a couple of years now and it's worked great on my other sites.

Trying to set up a couple of sites for mysef and a client and it appears to have stopped working - using WP 3.1 and thinking that's the problem.

Anyone have an alternative plugin they favour or a fix? I need clean navigation on my sites.
