WP - Ping Optimizer - What Ping services to use?

Hi guys,

I have a WP blog based around basketball and just installed the '''cbnet Ping Optimizer'''. I need to put in urls of pings to use.

Suggestions please?

That's the plugin i downloaded yes....need to know what Ping services to link to? I have to put in ping sites or something...i got no idea-trying to read up on it.
