WP or Blogger.

Content brings traffic. So as you SEo strategy. Word Press or Blogger won't matter at all, as long as you have a very good strategy in driving traffic to your site.

In the online marketing world, Wordpress is pretty much the standard, because it's relatively easy to configure and is incredibly powerful.

"Blogging" or regularly updating your site with fresh content is incredibly important for SEO, and from a pragmatic perspective it provides you with credibility and also, if you're publishing the right things, will encourage people to point to your site or even share your content. Which is helpful.

I've used Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress, and from a user perspective, Wordpress is the easiest to actually use as a CMS. It's also really easy to optimize for SEO.

SEO optimization in this case really means just making sure your pages and posts have good titles and descriptions - it adds to the credibility of your site, and also makes Google like you a little better.

I just created a blog today using WP, I have no experience with Blogger but I can vouch for WP's ease of use. It takes some getting used to, but when you've gotten used to it, it's easy to navigate. Great selection of themes too!

I'm in the same boat, I created a blogger account but only because of Adsense, doesn't Wordpress not allow ads?

Wordpress is best but a very great advantage of blogger is that you get indexed by google itself.

My most successful Adsense site was hosted on Blogger, but Wordpress has infinitely more features and capabilities - just depends if you are willing to learn and utilize them all! If you are not going to take the time to find the best plugins and themes, stick with Blogger to simplify your life.

Don't forget, if you start your own word press blog on your own domain name and with your own web hosting there's no chance that anyone's going to cancel it on you.

The word press site where you can build a free blog and blogger site, have a tendency of just canceling accounts.
