WP Installation issues

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I am having issues with installing WP. This is my first time creating a website and installing WP, so please go easy on me!

So I logged into cPanel, installed WP from Softaculous (I followed the instructions from a YT video) but when I click on the administrative URL, I get this page. Any idea on what I did wrong?? thanks!

Please confirm this is not only a google chrome issue and tell me what hosting provider and which plan do you use.

i just tried it on safari and IE, but the WP admin URL still does not work.

I just signed up for namecheap hosting like 30 minutes before installing WP. The hosting plan is Shared Hosting, stellar package.

Check the domain Nameservers if it's pointed to the hosting

Is it a new domain?
Most likely you have to wait for automatic DNS update.
Please wait 2-3 hours, if issue is not resolved, please report here.
Willing to resolve that with you.

Maybe it is the changing dns fault. If you already submited the new ns, wait a few hours to proper propagate.

Which namservers you are using? Namecheap basic DNS or web hosting DNS?
Where did you buy the domain from?

Thanks for the help everybody! This is a new domain that I bought 2 hours ago now, from NameCheap. I guess I will need to give it some time?

I am looking at the domain settings and it appears I am using the NC basic NDS. Should I be using that or am I suppose to change the DNS? (the hosting I am using is from NC as well).

I checked the status in MXToolbox and the result was 'DNS Record found'

That's the way it should work. Could be up to 24 hours. So just be patient, your WP installation will be accessible soon.

If you purchased hosting from NC, then change the DNS to Namecheap Web Hosting DNS in domain settings.

I would advise you speak to namecheap support if you have issues. They have a live chat and are really helpful and quick. Plus many times they will fix issues for you themselves.
