I am currently trying to transfer 30 domains from one hosting company to another. Basically the original hosting company is playing games (incorrect EPP codes, not unlocking domains etc).

Despite putting in around 15 support tickets and calling them numerous times, they are still not letting me transfer my domains.

How can I make them play ball?

Also you can try talking with your new registrar and explain them the situation. In the past i had friends with same issues, and after a rep from the new registrar contacted the old registrar they released the domains in mere minutes..
