Found the aricle - Is WordPress Screwing Up Your SEO? and got absolutely confused. It is about WordPress's HTML heading structure.

We are using iThemes Flexx theme with dynamic home page - all latest posts. I've checked and Home page doesn't have H1 tag. As author of the article suggested I've experimented with the latest default theme Twenty Eleven 1.3 and it shows H1 on Home page. But.... in this case all the posts are getting DOUBLE H1 tags - site title and post title :(

My question is what is better for onpage SEO - not to have H1 on Home page and have it on all the posts or opposite???

Any advise will be highly appreciated.

index - site title H1, post title H2
    subpage - post title H1

Correct me if I am wrong. This is the settings I'm using now. I manually reconstruct the seo for my wordpress theme.
