I think you should choose plugins wisely. Tools like elementor pro, wp mega menu, or max mega menu are versatile and work well with custom headers, so if you want something sturdy for woocommerce with a cart icon and a nice mobile footer menu, check them out.
However, I wouldn't advise using pulled versions because they frequently contain malware or hidden code that can later compromise your website, particularly if it's an ecommerce site.

With WordPress, there are many plugins that support creating and customizing menus as you like. Go to the plugin repository, search for one, and test the plugin you find most suitable.

I wouldn't touch a nulled plugin for a woocommerce site, since you are handling payments, using cracked software is basically inviting hackers to steal your customer's credit card data, for a safe, free alternative that replaces the astra header, just use the elementor header & footer builder plugin it allows you to build custom mobile menus and cart icons without the risk.

If you need a versatile menu builder and also want a version without the original file, with all features unlocked, then you should use: Max Mega Menu (I find it free, powerful, with a cart, and easy to use), WP Mobile Menu (optimizes menus specifically for mobile, but if you need something more professional, I recommend Elementor Pro).
