WP e-Commerce vs WooCommerce

Does anyone have experience with both of these platforms? I've heard that WPEC is easier to customize (biggest factor for me), but the WooCommerce source code looks more organized (since each individual part of every page has its own file) yet I've heard it's not as easy to customize as WPEC.

And which seems to be the most stable with the most features?
