WP design question

Heya everyone,

I have two quickie questions...

First, I was browsing Flippa and looking at all the designs. Now, my logic tells me most of them are using a template that is quick and easy to customize. For example, yourdogunleashed.com and digitalpokers.com basically have the same layout. Does anyone have any idea what template that could be? And what is the best way to customize/create a wp template?

Second, I would like your opinion on something. I have a subscription to dreamtemplate.com and they state in their TOS that I cannot sell the templates or bundle them with other stuff to sell but I can use them for 50 clients. If I made a site to sell on Flippa what would that fall under, selling or for a client? My logic says the latter but I just want to make sure I am not seeing what I want rather than the reality lol

I didn't visit those 2 mentioned websites.
I don't know what template they're using. The best way to create/customize a wp template is by knowing how logically template work in WP. This is the same learning method about WP plugins.

IMO, selling a site with template is "different" (unsure client?) with providing a template to your client (existing client).

Surprisingly, I don't see a TOS on their site. Maybe I missed it - or maybe it comes with the download.
