see title, which one is best to rank, administrate (yeah i know wp.com and blogger are free, but i wanna make a couple of blogs)

I will vote for blogger, as I've seen a lot of spam blogspot blogs sitting on the top spot of Google, with spam backlinks.

if you have the money go for your own hosting solution.if you dont have i will advise you to go with blogger.

well i started my blog yesterday as being a newbie i just started with blogger and if i managed to get some money from it after few months working o it i will invest such money to own hosting and so on

Self hosting has to win every time. Then you create blog profiles on those platforms to provide link juice and viewers to your main website.

May be you can start with Blogger with custom Domain but I always prefer Self Hosted WP

While I like WP, Blogger/BlogSpot is the way to go! They're owned and operated by Google and are given almost immediate trust and I've ranked tons of sites and keywords with Blogger/BlogSpot.

Self hosted wordpress because you can almost do anything you want. And you can define your permalinks unlike on blogger.

i use both self-hosted wp + blogger.

i not know why i still like blogger.
