WP cloak plugins for IG and FB?

I am trying to start a business and I need cloaking links for IG and FB. I know about the paid services for cloaking and I am sure they are worth their price. However, I cannot afford them since the beginning and I need to go for cheaper alternatives.

I know a bit about how wpcloaker works but I am wondering if nowadays it is still reliable or if there are any newer alternatives that I can run from my own site, preferrably in WP. Any advice on this or related will be really appretiated.
