Hey,

So i have this website thats looking good in admin login preview but breaks down when I logout and check elsewhere.

Also no changes appearing after i logout of wp.

Can anyone help with this?

Did you try going on to your site in private mode/ or other browser? Mobile phone? Still broken?
No? Delete Browser cache
Yes? Delete all caches- CDN, Server, Wordpress, Object Cache, Whatnot

Clean your cache often. If it's under cloudflare, clean cache there and use a plugin for auto cache clean.
If you are using wordpress cache plugin, see if you can time the caching and make it once every day / few days.

There is several good plugins to clean cache from browsers, also specific combinations like FN and F5 are reseting cache (on windows), also there is few options to totally eliminate caching from browser in Mozilla Firefox config... But also what others said cloudflare or other cdn, server cache, etc

This is a very common problem if you use caching plugins... You can constantly clean the browser cache and reload the page. And, if the plugin allows (I daresay you're using W3 Cache, I think that's the name), you can turn off caching for authorized users to avoid such problems. Good luck!
