Like fail safe said you need Lightbox, its a pretty neat script that many themes have inbuilt. Just go to your wordpress dashboard and under add new plugin search "lightbox" install any plugin with good rating.

yes light boxes but i need Wp plugin for this.... dont want to mess with coding...
