WP and On page seo question

Hello , its my first post
I have some questions which i could not find in Google search or forum search.
When i enter custom title in all in one SEO when editting post i get the result that my page has title that I provided in custom title + homepage title,
I want only custom title here how do i do that?
I only want to do that for better on page seo purposes , if i'm wrong about it i will leave it as it is. please correct or help me ))

second question:
should i count keywords in facebook plugin on my site as well when I count keyword density?
and does seoquake plugin count these keywords which are in facebook like box?

I do not think you should count the facebook plugin. But be careful of keyword stuffing issue. Try to use different version of the keyword instead of repeating the same keyword again and again.

Try keeping your keyword density under 2% if you can. Usually just having the keyword you want to rank for as your title of your site, in the meta description, title of a post (Not all posts) and sprinkling the keyword in at least one of the posts is enough to let Google know what your site is all about.
