WP amazon affiliate - What plugin(s) are they using?

I'm noticing a lot of WP Amazon affiliate websites are using the same plugin to display their top-10 products with a highlighted 3 on top of the page.

Anyone can point me in the correct direction?

I've noticed some are using the Acoda Dynamix theme, but others are using others. I've bought the acoda dynamix theme and can't find anything related to this top-10 review page.

Lol.
End up buying the theme, going through the DynamiX forum, didnt find anything, the forum admin/modo is saying that it's a custom build plugin blabla.... useles theme, asked for a refund.

Then I went to peopleperhour and asked someone to basically rip off/copy their display and turn it into a plugin... Plugin will be ready in 10 days... wait and see!

I just randomly checked https://shoeadviser.com/athletic/best-running-shoes-for-bad-knees/. It seems he uses a clean theme, and a page builder Visual Composer or Bakery whatever the name is.

Regarding the top 3 table that can be easily done with some custom html/css then just copy/paste the block and change image and link for each article. Nothing special.
