when i try to login to my wp site by adding /wp-admin to the domain
I get some kind of redirection
instead of dental-info.ml/wp-admin I get:
dental-info.ml/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fdental-info.ml%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

when I run a check in sucuri.net, they say that "Site Issue Detected" on dental-info.ml/wp-admin -
"Unable to scan the page. Page has a redirect loop"

how can I fix it?

Don't worry about the redirect it's pretty normal, most of my websites have the same redirect

1. Don't share your site here, that's suicidal.
2. If you are really in dental niche, then I can almost assure you, that you will most likely never rank there. It's beyond competitive and unless you have 5 figure budget and know what you are doing, that site will most likely never make a dime.

.ml suggest that he is from Africa. I don't think that Mali is anything close to being as competative as tier1 country markets

But definitely agree with point 1

Good point, never seen that extension before, thought it's some free one, considering the site name is in English.

it is just a shit site for experiments, but I still want to know if there is some problem

If you are concerned about the security of your site, you will need some understanding on how WordPress work, but failing that you may be better hiring someone to audit the site to ensure the files on the server are intact.

when Auditing a site you need to ask yourself or your designer/developer:
Are you using 3rd party mods/plugins?
Has anything changed lately on the site?
Has there been any unusual activity (this can be done by simply checking recent logins to site in the admin section)?
The theme chosen has it come from a trusted source?

Unfortunately WordPress is so popular it is a main constant target fro hackers mostly non technical hackers, the sad news is it all comes from plugins and themes.

If you need further help I am available to have a look but as previously said the redirect is pretty much normal as it indicates Auth0 in the url.

hope you get it working as expected soon!

Nothing wrong here.
That's just Wordpress making itself redirect to the admin panel after login.
