Wp Admin dashboard not showing

I've been deleting rows in my WordPress database but I dunno what i deleted to get this:

I can't see my admin dashboard or menu. Anyone know a fix?

try restoring the DB, there was a way of doing this, but I don't remember it unfortunately

Did you backup your database before you started deleting its data? If so then easiest way would be to restore it, some hosting servers also perform automatic database backups in case you didnt restore it manually. Also try checking your error log as it could indicate whats currently going on causing the error.

If using cpanel
there is a repair option

go to the cPanel → phpMyAdmin and select the database you want to repair

Otherwise, database backup restore would be fine too
or just an entire site backup if you are worried there would be broken connections

upload the backup file

upload the backup to new database and check which one was missing and is important

Better Check with Host provider and let them the issues without more explanation.
