Wow Paypal.

So yesterday I finally won a case in which a buyer lied to paypal saying that they never recieved a service from me that they did and that they want their money back. I wake up today, and the case is re-opened because the buyer made an appeal and changed the dispute from "Item not recieved" to "Item not as described" The item was as described and it will be easy to when this claim again, its just since when can you dispute something lose, then re-open with an appeal and dispute that same item again? I'm just mad because since he opened the dispute I had to wait 2 weeks to get my money, and now the money is back with paypal a day later....:cow04:

Most f the time, buyers don't win cases that involve an intangible sale/service as it's not covered under the PayPal Buyer Protection policy. However, if he sent you the funds through PayPal but paid with his Credit Card, well, you'll more then likely be out of luck.

open 5 new accounts. send him few random amounts below $1. and then file disputes from every account a few days later (item no received)
it will weaken his account.

Most people like to jump into conclusion with a client's fund before clearly spelling out what their services entails.

I only had this issue when i was a novice.

After having my fingers burnt, i had to restrategize and become picky, it's not all about the money.

My first PayPal was suspended because "I may have been a security issue". Since then I had nothing but grief off them, with the dirty parasites holding large amounts of money quite simply, as I was told by PayPal "Because We Can". I have had many accounts suspended for no other reason other than because they relate to my first banned account, which was banned for no reason. What I find strange is that my PayPal account has now been active for several years. However this PayPal account has one very big difference compared to my other banned accounts. It is not my name, it is not my address, it is not my date of birth, it is not my post code, no the big difference is I have never been stupid enough to put a single penny in this account. I use it simply for paying people. You see PayPal only hold people money because they are thieves, and no other reason. I am quite sure if I transferred 20k to that account now, that account would be banned, and all part of the PayPal big money churning interest robbing game.

No Doubt paypal is always in support of the buyer.
I Hate when they limit accouts for no reason for fckng dispute and there annoying policies and long duration to respond.
There needs to a new payment gateway that could be better than gaypal and the important thing it should be most widely accepted and used.
Just liked Facebook slammed a hammer on orkut i am sure someday someone is going to do the same with paypal and only then they're going to realise what they're loosing.I hope google facbeook amazon or any big tech giant should start a payment gateway and i would straight away leave paypal.ebay,paypal policies are always in favour on buyer they try there best to make sure seller is screwed and annoyed in every possible way because they thing its not seller who helps ebay and paypal to increase there revenue but its the buyer.But they don't want to realise the fact that if seller stops selling things things buyers are left with nothing so no products no buyers and no fkcing paypal.

I had the same problem as a buyer. i purchased a digital product and the seller scammed me by not providing the good. When i opened a dispute with paypal, the seller cried 'digital good' and i lost the case eventually.

I was however told by one PP agent that they dont have payment protection for buyers who purchase digital products that's why i lost the case. However, sellers also don't have that seller protection so i should contact my card issuer. I did and my card issuer refunded me the money but PP has taken the money again from my PP account and re-opened the case.

Now i am at lost whether am gona get that money back from PP.

Im not "In desperate need" of it, but it is a good amount about $400 that I just want to make sure is safe in my bank account after this is all over with. And trust me it was fun completely destroying the buyer in the first paypal dispute when he claimed he didn't recieve anything and I presented paypal with detailed evidence that he got exactly what he ordered

Lol the buyer actually tried to do this to me! I just refunded him all the $0.99 before he could escalate though

Guys, have you not heard of dwolla.com? Its the new paypal. Better yet when you send $10 or less through dwolla, its completely free. No joke, check out their site. Best part is when you send $10 to $10 million dollars, it only costs $0.25 you heard that right. In essence dwolla does everthing paypal does except those charge shitty high fees gaypal charges. Hope i opened your mind here. BTW, dwolla only works in the USA but they have plans to go international within the year. I talked to them about that. The company has been in operation since 2009/2010 i believe. The day they go international is the day i stop using paypal. Can't wait till they do since you can imagine the high fees we all pay transacting online business.

Normally they take 14 working days. But in general cases they give responses in 4 or 5 working days.

In part it's your fault for using Paypal
After getting scammed by someone who purchased a digital good from me and then opened a case which I won and then opened a new one in which they managed to steal my money, and having to deal with their retarded customer service who would redirect me from Paypal to Ebay back and forth for an hour, I swore never again to use that pathetic excuse of a service unless for buying physical goods
There are just better alternatives out there
