I've got this site setup, http://gold4survey.com/ and it's all ready. I've done some money already with some lame forum advertising. I need any tips about where I can get WoW players traffic, or how I can top up keywords like "free wow gold". I'm indexed already by the way.

EDIT: It's a legit site by the way. I'm actually giving WoW gold out when 200 points is achieved.

i am in the same niche but not for gold, but i would imagine you will have tons of competition with how many gold sites there are these days so there will be alot of seo work needed to even get close to first page

Why don't you look at doing some link exchanges or banner exchanges with other sites in the same niche?

Keep on with the forum marketing too!

You could try facebook marketing as im sure there is alot of traffic to be got there which is WOW player's.

Yeah. I'm aware of that such keywords are hard to get a high rank on. But do you have any great marketing tips since you're in the same niche?

get a wow bot to spam general chats

Sure, yeah, but that doesn't generate a lot of visits anyway. People think they'll get infected by viruses by all links that are spammed in-game. Lol. I did this for 30 minutes on US without a single new signup.

i get most of my traffic from scrapebox / xrumer niche targeted blasts from peoples services here on bhw

I'm not gonna give away my secret but if you do some research you can find the perfect thing for advertising. I don't do WoW, I do MMORPGs and I've got mine fully automated.

That didn't tell me a lot, but it sounds interesting. No hints?

Hints would just give it away too easy. I can't give away something like that so easy.

Haha, alright. I suppose I'll have to do a bunch of research. ;)

Quality youtube videos?

Auto typers ingame on popular places(kinda stupid for wow though)?

Ads on other WoW sites? (Contacting pages where people have free sites, offering them a domain for ads).

Email advertising? There are tons of bots which can scrape emails off wow forums.

Etology/adwords ads?

Scrapebox comments on related pages?

A lot of other ways too

Youtube is deffo the best way, take the time to make a quality video and buy or make around 100 youtube accounts and post 5 videos per account but change sure you change your ip or use proxies on each account. Because you are doing gold alot of forums dont support gold buying so that one is a little tricky but you mite getting lucky and be able to scrape a few

Some people sell gold, other do spam bots.

Personaly there is money in wow still, but dont expect to get rich. My friend who plays wow says alot of these spam bots dont get the attention they did at first.

Harvest targeted emails and do a email blast, find tageted people on myspace, facebook, etc

Btw, change the design, that script is used by sooo many people already

I've seen a lot of freebie sites but it's an interesting idea to do it with WoW gold. Are you buying the vouchers from a gold seller or are you delivering your own?

It's hard to market this stuff to WoW gamers as there are so many spam bots, gold sellers and guides for sale that it makes them blind to advertising.

If you have the budget, you can buy an established WoW guide site which you can use to get consistent traffic from and fine tune your advertising. AdWords is an option although you might not have much of a margin to work with and can't pay too much for clicks. It would let you split test your site's layout and content to find a design that converts best. No use getting lots of traffic to your site until you've optimized it's ability to convert.

Not sure if your script supports it but you could work in a referral aspect to get those who do sign up to find new members for your site, can't hurt.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Well, I'm buying the gold via eg. GameUSD to their accounts.

i personally dont see my site as a main money maker its more of a hobby when i get bored of doing over stuff but it still makes a small income so its not too bad either, if i wasnt sandboxed in google i would probs make alot more
