...or a very bad marketer, or both.

I am a very bad man because I am not offering any gifts or bonuses for my clickbank offer, which is a SEO ebook. On the vendor side. I am the author of the book. Or a very bad marketer, for the same reason. Is there any chance of selling anything on CB without giving something else away?

Where to find those bonuses? Some seasoned people say that the value of the bonuses should be as ten times the value of the product?

Thanks. Maybe you can help me to be better... person or marketer

Team up with other marketers. Have them offer a diluted/introductory version of their products or a related product- it has to be useful info/product on itself, but it will help them when you offer an upsell of their main product. It also works as brand exposure for them, since you mention the author and their main/top selling products as their credentials. The arrangement works because you in turn supply them with a light version of your product or a related product and they in turn use it as a bonus and throw a plug and upsell for your main product.

So, the more marketers you get to supply you with a quality promotional giveaway product, the more exposure you also gain. Win win situation ;).

you're not a bad man, you're just missing out on a lot of sales.

most "bonuses" are worthless garbage that gets thrown into the sale as a marketing ploy.

... check that, 99% of them.

so it's your loss for not including them.

Thank you Roamer, I think this is a great piece of advice. I didn't know about this possibility.

Yes you are right. But this is one of the causes I haven't found good products to give away. I do not want to be as those 99%.

Do you think the quality / quantity of bonuses you offer makes a difference in sales?

Thanks so much for your advice.

For selling purposes, its about quantity - forget quality unless you actually have a legitimate ebook that is different than the average run of the mill crap that everyone is selling.

more bonuses = more hype = more customers = more $$

and since this is bhw, i would tell you to take the blackhat route of doing things and find a decent ebook, write it and give it a new catchy title and include it with whatever you're selling.

Create your own motivational video. Step by step video, anything that could help someone with SEO.

Make your bonuses yourself that give high quality information. If you're planning on releasing another product, think about creating an up sell for it with this product. Think outside the box. Do you have any other skills that you possesses that people could learn from?

Be creative.

If you fixed too high price of your ebook and discount 50% it would not mean that you are good marketer or good man; rather if you fixed a very practical price so that people would like to get it and they will be really beneficiary then you are a good man and if you can show why people usually need it and what the necessity of having your book as well as the demand value of your content to the customer then you are a good marketer.
