In comparison to Instagram accounts, Facebook pages and groups, subreddits can be quite powerful. You have tons of control over them.

Would you spend your time growing your own?

Certainly, yes.
It's difficult to game Reddit as they're strict.
So, with a neat strategy (like those sold in e-books), you could make a killing.

Honestly man, I get around reddit pretty well with no books at all.

What I'm saying is, would it be worth while to grow 100~200 subreddits over a year?

imo yes, it is

I think Reddit it totally underrated and can be super powerful. I'm not sure if 100-200 subreddits is realistic, but in my opinion it's definitely worth it.

Yes, even if you don't monetize them, you can just flip them.

Yes, it is worth it. You can flip them for cash easily

Yes, absolutely.

Reddit is not only trafic source but also powerfull backlink resource.

If they were that valuable man, no one would be selling e-books on how to claim restricted subreddits with lots of subs, how to cross post... etc.

I'm thinking of writing the longest free post on reddit this forum has ever seen, but I know an army would be unleashed upon reddit.
