Would you register these expired domain for a reg fee?

Checking metrics (DA/PA/MR) all great and even CF and TF as well as CF/TF ratio are great.
1 registrar, no drop
Wayback machine with domain history: original website
Anchors: no spam
Backlinks: some edu, most other are link farms

Beside the link farms so far OK.

Would you register such a domain for a reg fee of 7$?

Sure, it definetly is worth more than the reg fee.

What about the pretty nasty link-farms?

That's not my cup of tea as all the inflated metrics you see on the Majestic & Moz are coming from spammy links.


Take them out of the equation and you're left with a domain that's not even worth it's registration fee. Not to mention it's de-indexed from Google. I'd clearly steer away from such domains.

De-indexed means nothing as it's usual Google de-index expired domain as there is nothing to index. I registered it anyway for demo, so will put just a micro website and if not penalized, should be indexed fast.

I see a lot of blog comments (not always bad) and a lot of links coming from non-english domains. I also see the domain is very hard to make brandable unless your moneysites are in the videos or DVD niche or something similar.

Most pages it's linked to have a very high number of OBL's, and I see no real authority sites.

Honestly, I wouldn't buy it.

But yeah like you said above, just because the site isn't showing up on google doesn't mean it's deindexed...

Just to mention that there is insanity workout dvd, so probably someone used the domain before to spam it for these terms (without looking at anchors etc). Don't think there is much value in it.
