If I had the time and brain power, I'd build my own accounts...but the easy way is to buy pre-made accounts.

I prefer to build accounts on Twitter from zero... than purchasing Twitter pre-made accounts. Except Twitter pre-made accounts have many followers which ready for monetizing.
