    Hi guys,
i wonder if You would like to share Your ORM sales letter (i mean that which You send to potential customers).

Actually i am going to create nice infographic instead of letter but i would really appreciate it if You could share Your letters.
Of course i will share my infographic also after its done.

    Thanks

This is what I used and some dentist calls me 9 months later. So I think it's pretty good.

    Hey John!

I specialize in local Online Reputation Management for small business such as yours. In fact, the reason I'm contacting you is because I just found this negative review on PAGE ONE of Google:

"Negative reviewer: This restaurant has the worst service and I will never go again..."

I've been to your restaurant and its great! I love the [menu item]! I'm concerned you are losing new customers because of reviews like these. Most people will now consult reviews and ratings online before making any kind of purchasing decision and a review like this will affect your sales.

Good news is I've solved this problem for many businesses and can do the same for you. Studies show that one star increase on Yelp translates into 9% sales increase every month!

I'm doing some work next week with a company in your area, could I stop by Wednesday morning to share with you how we can help?

    Warm Regards,

    Retraction

OP nice idea about the info graphic but I suggest dont drop the letter. Imagine that the owner of the business which you send the offer to is an old school non tech guy and his IT guy just pass the info graphic to him with a little explanation, in that moment the absence of a letter can confuse this kind of persona, also some info graphics looks a bit childish if not most of them. Think you get me..

    Have to agree.

Just to add... most marketing mail will get trashed if it does not draw the reader / target in. An infographic might be nice, but is it the most effective way to drive a call to action.

Reading 7878's method, you will quickly notice that he tailors the information to the prospect. Suddenly, the mail gets much more interesting.

An infographic may be rather time consuming to tailor for each prospect, at least more so than some screen prints and a well written letter (much of which can be reused).

Anyway, if you do go ahead, please let us know your success rate.

Wow! I am impressed with your letter. You made it sound more personal and that you are a concerned customer. But is this is a unique letter you made for the restaurant or is this a standard approach for all your clients?
