Would you hire this girl for modeling work?

in seriose modeling i guess she has no big chance ... for me she looks like nothing special. i have seen much better chinese potential in shanghai.
but in china the use models everywhere and to promote some stuff like cars - electronics in stores .... there she has a chance. Dont know if you make a good income with that but a little pocketmoney is nice as well.

At the moment, she is having a tough time getting a job here in China, so I wanted to gauge people's thoughts on how she looks. If I got a favorable response, which I think most have been, I will ask her thoughts on it.

Tons of open source pics yes, but that is why she would most likely do custom pics. I can't think the modeling game is all washed up and all business shifted to stock photos only.

Yes, naturally in a place like China she would be a small fish, but seeing how more and more Asian models are popping up "overseas", I think opportunities exist. Maybe I am being too optimistic.
But I do appreciate all the feedback.

And yes, I agree with some people here, she should get some modeling pics done (portfolio) so she can showcase her potential. The Asian models you guys see in pics and so on are make upped galore. She is not. These are just travel pics. So yeah, try to think of her potential or whatever in that context.

Above average asian. But if she could be a model, no idea... can't really say unless she gets bunch of make-up on her face like others, she could obviously bank hard from webcam sessions.

Being a girl and Asian myself, no offense, but, she looks like just an ordinary girl to me, I like her better with her shades on.
Although she's slim but, being slim is just one of Asian women's physical features and what could be beautiful to others doesn't mean it could also apply to me or to others as beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
Yet, there's only one thing I'm quite sure of, is that, what we Asians perceive as ugly is almost always perceived as beautiful in the eyes of the foreigners and vice versa. I guess this is how we could apply the word exotic as in "exotic look"... thanks to the founder of the word "exotic" though.

Which is why I had thoughts about her doing stuff "abroad", outside of China. I know there are a TON of other options here, which is why I am thinking overseas.

I won't hire her for modeling work. I'd rather chose a cute girl instead...someone with a nice body...

I think to say if girl is good for modeling, you should have at least pictures in bikini and without sun glasses. She looks good in this photo..
