Hi Guys,
I have a journey making free software here http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...elping-people-grow-their-online-business.html and I'd like to know your opinions on click through rates and how they may change a pages or websites rankings because I'm thinking of coding a click through rate bot.
I've been reading quite a few articles on it (this is a good recent one http://www.blindfiveyearold.com/is-click-through-rate-a-ranking-signal) and the general consensus is that they do seem to effect rankings.
I guess I'd like to know if enough people would be interested in giving it a try (using it)?
So here is why I think some existing bots don't work and here is how mine would work.
Existing bots and failed experiments typically have the following flaws and poor set up...
Bad query execution - they often send the queries to googles servers then parse the HTML and click the target website without rendering any of the google page which is SUPER easy for google to spot. I mean how many browsers don't execute JS or load images!? Or they grab the pages HTML and actually render them but use a weird internal browser that again is super easy to detect, same browser for every query looks dodgy again. Even people using PhantomJS with rotating user agents think they're smart, but they're not because that can be detected from analysing the order of the HTTP headers or simple JS. I won't even go into the tracking cookies and chrome tracking data...
Bad IP addresses - people who create these bots tell users to put them through proxies. Again very bad idea. Google will have data for every IP that queries its servers. Its going to look dodgy as f**k that ONLY IPs with very little search history are querying and clicking your website alone.
How I plan to get around all this....maybe....
I plan on creating software that's going to use your browser. Yep, your browser that has all the nice trust worth history on your IP address (midget porn etc). From nice residential IP ranges. With a nice variety of different browsers, window sizes, etc etc. Everything looks natural and obviously i'll have varying usage patterns.
Your browser can be controlled in the background with a web driver from my software. You'll be connected to a network of other people running the software. All clicking each others websites.
You'd get a boost in CTR and a boost in traffic to make all those purchased or spammed links look way more natural!
So what do you guys think? Suppose what I really want to know it would you try it and can anyone with any experience in this think why this wouldn't work or could be detected?
Thanks!!
