Would you guys recommend Payoneer?

Payoneer is a good service, never had issues with it. Go for it.
So to get a quick overview:
- Payoneer gives you a card which you can use in stores or withdraw money from in your ATM
- No fees or 1% fees when paying to another Payoneer user
- Withdrawable money to your bank
Doesn't that mean it's the most inclusive service around? Like paypal but with additional features?

Never had any problems with Payoneer. Their support can be slow at times, but I've had zero problems receiving payments and withdrawing them.

It depends, some networks already dropped using it.
