I have chance to buy a exact domain match with 16 years old
200.000 exact for the exact keyword domain searches
100.000 exact for the most related keyword
CPC 2.3$

Low competion for both searches, medical niche, Sites like webmd and wikipedia on 1#
inurl show me 55k results

The price is 5000$, would you go for it?
After i bought it i would invest in high quality content and quality backlinks.
What do you think?

Itz Little Bit Risk , I Wont Take Risk.

Bt Domain Are Real Estate If You Sell It Next You Will Get A Profit of 500 min :-)

Cheers,
Nik

I would, but it would need some backlinks to it from the start. The more the merrier. Then I might jump on it, depending on a couple of other factors as well. But backlinks to me, quality ones, are pretty high up on the list of importance to me.

$5.000 is way too much for a single domain, there are many ways you can spend it with more value than that.

I found a Exact match domain for a keyword that has 1.800.000 searchs montly local.
Do you think i should register it?

I have to agree here, Way way too much to put in that single Basket.
Just my Opinion and you did ask OP- lol

It depends. Can you honestly afford to lose that $5000 if it doesn't work out? Cash (flow) is king.

to much money for a domain. I woudn't buy it, unless i have a lot of money.

If it's a purely information type keyword (which it sounds like it might be) rather than a buying keyword I probably wouldn't spend the $$. Likewise if you're only going to monetize it with adsense.

If it's product or service related and would be of interest to medical businesses then it maybe worth the investment.

$5000 is a lot to put into one venture. Personally I would not take it. I mean how much "extra" money do you have to invest? if $5000 is more than half the money you have available to spend, then I would not. If it was less than half, then maybe i would consider it.

It depends on your budget.. but I would personally never spend more than $10-20 on a domain.. as I've said before ideas and hard work make fortunes, not domain names

think about how much these domain names were originally bought for: facebook.com, google.com, youtube.com, paypal.com..

how many monthly searches before they became multi-million $ companies? How much CPC?

Na way too much

Have u check the domain to see if its deindexed or slapped?

Its not deindex, i already check.
Thanks for all answers

I would go for it if I bought 20 sites before, each with a considerable price (say > $100) and made each a success.
If not, you may not have enough experience to get break even.

I just want to build a big Authority Website

How many backlinks does it already have? How much authority has it built up? EMDs aren't what they used to be and you could very well rank a $10 domain if there isn't much competition like you mentioned. The age is nice but is kind of useless if it has been completely inactive for the whole time. I would personally say no unless it has a killer link profile already.

Also, how well does it currently rank (if at all)?
