would you date a single dad/mom?

There is NO advantage of dating or marrying a single mom. Women still think they are as marketable with kids as they are without kids. So you will not recieve any brownie points for being a stepdad. You also cannot compete with the bond she has with her baby daddy. No matter what she tells you about her baby daddy, they created a life together. So unless you love her that much, don't marry a single mother expecting to be treated better than with a girl without kids.

I've done it before and would do it again without any problem. For me, children are not a reason to create a choice filter.

would you marry someone with kids ?

i think people with kids should only date people with kids

what do you think?

personally, i dont have kids so i woukdnt date a single mom. but if i had kids and their mom left, probably i would change my mind
I think it depends on each person's thinking and perspective.

what if the kid is 18 and attending college?

what if the kid is 19 and married?

Single mom = damaged goods
Real man never bring bullshit into his house

Best get her Pregnant before marring her. Kids or no kids, possible strive to get her pregnant before marrying her, you may also end up in being single baby dad or mum. That is life and is fated

It depends on finance status in my country. Even an unmarried young girl will be ready to date a old man with kids if he is rich. They are both making compromises for pen benefits. Nothing wrong I see there.

I’m a man with high standards; I never buy a used product and never date a woman who has lost her virginity.
Good for you, buddy. Don't post in this thread anymore.

Interesting take. I kinda get where you're coming from.
For me, it really depends on the stage of life and the connection. I don’t have kids either, and honestly, I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to date someone with kids right now—just being real. It’s a different level of responsibility and priorities.
But I also know a few people who swore they’d never do it… and ended up in great relationships with single parents. Life has a funny way of humbling you sometimes.
So yeah, never say never—but I get the hesitation.
