I bought a service from here and loaded my account with crypto
I used LTC and sent via binance and it charge 0.0001 LTC fees to send witch is 0.008411 USD
I forget to change that so the platform didn't passed the payment automatically as you have to send the exact amount to pass so I had to contact the admin to do it manually
minimum load in the website is 5$ so I added that to test, after I contact them I see they added 4.99$
Will you continue witch such service?
Being humble is good?
I would never do that to my client for 0.01$ and make a bad first impr

If a platform can’t overlook a one-cent difference on a first-time deposit, it says a lot about how they operate. Mistakes happen, and most decent services handle these things with a bit of flexibility. When someone gets strict over fractions of a dollar, it usually means support is either robotic, overloaded, or not customer-focused.

Being humble isn’t the issue here. It’s about professionalism. You’d never treat your clients like that because you care about long-term trust, not pennies.

If this happened to me, I’d finish whatever I already paid for, but I’d think twice before using them again. A good service shows how they treat you in small moments, not just big ones.
