Asking purely out of curisoisty.

Was doing some outreach and a blog came back to me with guest posts for £150.

I noticed they had a "check out" page on their site and were putting a decent amount of these guest posts out there.

Upon checking the site, they have 50 DR and 10K traffic - so not bad to be fair!

Would you bother with a link like this? Or is it a waste of time?

If it matches your niche, and you find that the 50 DR is not completely inflated then it could be right. Check how they do the posts, the sponsored tags and all that. If they even have a checkout page as you say they might have some kind of special sorting that could hinder the usefulness of the posts. Personally I tend to check these kind of things.

Google said some years ago, that they could screen these kind of sites that could deliberately sell links without dodges.Personally I simply think, like 99% of the things that Google says, that this are just statements to mess things even more in the heads of the SEO for their benefit. So I would not worry as much as you should.

to be honest, the only thing that bothers me is the blatant "guest posts selling" page, that's not good for anybody, it sounds to me like every page on that website is a guest post and if google cares about this in the slightest they're going to take the site down at some point.

Now, if you want to ride with the wave until (if ever) google catches this then I guess it's worth paying 150 quids. But like I said, personally I would not do it. But you don't have to be like me :)

whether or not you decide to invest in a guest post opportunity depends on your goals and the resources you have available. If the cost of £150 is within your budget and you believe that the blog is a good fit for your content and audience, then it could be worth pursuing the opportunity. However, if you have doubts about the blog's relevance or reputation, it may be wise to consider other options.

Completely agree with the useful answers from @SirLouen @tazarbm and @dragonlube

My only addition to their answers is, if you ever decide to buy from them, don't forget to ask for a discount :D :D :D

Sounds like a link-farm site
I wouldn't trust those links

It really depends on your specific goals and priorities. If you're looking for a quick boost in backlinks and traffic, then paying for a guest post on a site with a decent DR and traffic could be a viable option. However, if you're more focused on long-term, sustainable growth and building relationships with high-quality sites, then it may be better to invest time and effort in outreach and building connections with relevant sites in your niche.

150 for this much traffic....no.
In this much amount aim for minimum 5M traffic.
10k traffic sites available for 5 usd.
