First of all, I submit an article to AC. Then, once I have been paid for it, I submit it to Ezine, which has a link that links to a blog that contains more information thus generating Adsense earnings.
Read AC's terms of service.
When you post exclusive...up front payment requested and they accept your post and pay you, they pretty much own the right to publish the article on the web...exclusively. You have given them that right.
I don't think legal actions will be taken, but I am pretty sure an AC ban will occur when the additional submissions of their exclusive rights article is discovered, if they can point the originator of the additional post back to you.
I would not do this but if I would.... I would wait a month later after submitting and being accepted in AC for my article. I would then spin that article and then submit to article directories with that link.
If you are just looking for link building though just do the non exclusive.
Won't ezinearticles delete or ban you for having duplicate articles in their database. Do this for better results - submit to AC and when they offer you $$, before accepting it submit the article in ezinearticles and if possible wait for it to get approved and indexed (max 2 days). Then accept the offer from AC and congrats you just screwed AC!
