So cams.com affiliate program offers $130 per sign up. However, it only costs a fractions of that to join. So here is my idea, join using a gift cc using a different ip address each time.

Here is my problem... will using a gift cc cause a red flag. Also how do I enter a billing address with a CC?

If this can be figured out I think this idea is golden.

You will get caught and will probably never see a dime for your 'referrals'. By they way, with most gift cards, you can make up the persons information.

They're going to see that all of your "signups" never pay for the second month. You might get a little money before they catch you, but I doubt it.

What if I held a few of the memberships for 2 months just for variety? Would this get passed getting banned? I mean what is detecting that these wouldn't be real people? Is it the fact that I would be using a gift card?

Yes.. this is a great idea and I was thinking about this. There are VCCs that can be reloaded.. Will this work?
