Set a campaign up at microworkers, pay 5 cents to get people to click a Adhitz ad at website? profit 3-10 cents per click (depending which country they're clicking from)

won't work. Microworkers will not approve campaigns that asks people to click on ads. That's called click-fraud and illegal. Any such campaign will get disapproved by microworkers review team.
