Would this keyword be worth creating a niche site for?

Hey

attached is a screenshot from market samurai, the keyword consist of 2 words. I wonder if it's worth creating a niche site and if that site can have a chance getting to position 1 in Google

I've analyzed the backlinks of the domain on pos 1 in google:
PR0 - 18 links
PR4 - 1 link
PR5 - 2 links
but BLD is over 24000

Depends how you plan on monetizing it and what the keywords are. It's definitely worth a shot if only for adsense.

Is that exact search? If it is then your time to build it is worth it.

Do your keyword is product related stuff? Then adsense is good if CPC is more than 0.50. You also can mix it with amazon associates.

How many competing page when you type the keyword on google.com/ncr? If less than 500,000 - that is type of niche I'll dominate.
