Would this hide my referrer ?

I have a Hexatrack subscription. I took my CPA link and put it into Hexatrack, so that way when a person clicks onto my link it redirects through hexatrack before it goes to the offer. Would the CPA company see Hexatrack as my referrer ? Or would they know where the traffic came from ?

One good way to test is to put this URL

http://my-i-p.com/

into Hexatrack. Click the link like you normally would and see what it says in the "My referer was:" section of the page. Try it with multiple browsers and on multiple platforms if you have access to them. You should do this because different browsers on different platforms handle the way that referers are passed with the different methods of redirection differently.

Can someone click this link and tell me what it says what their referer is. It keeps telling me mine is from direct navigation.

That means that the referer is blank. On FireFox on a Mac, the referer was blank. On Safari on a Mac, the referer was the hexatrack address.

Just a quick update:
The hexatrack referer is also passed with Opera and Chrome on Windows, but it blanks on all versions of IE going back to 3.0.

Would this hide my referrer ?
