I plan to start a movie website that doesn't actually have any movies, and instead when you try to play a movie will come up with a CPA link instead. I have everything sorted with hosting, wordpress and such, but I am scared that if I use my bank account I will be arrested. I don't really want to use bitcoin or anything, can someone tell me if I use my bank account to pay for domain and hosting and receive money from adcenter if I will be arrested? I'm ok if my website gets taken down or whatever, at least I will live to fight another day. Thanks

You should be using a hosting provider accepting movies websites.
As far as I know if you're not publishing any copyrighted content (only trailers) and a imdb like clone, you're in legality.

phishing is when you send fake webpages to steal users login info and other sensitive data. using your bank account should be somewhat safe? am not aware of adcenter payment details but if you think they might rat you out if they were approached by the authorities regarding your website, why risk it at all, you feel me.

I'm not sure if you all understand what the website is supposed to be, it says it has free movies but then when you try to watch them it comes up with a sign up thing for something else, basically the same as this site: bestfilm2017.club (not mine)

You are showing something and it is redirecting to something else, Yeah it is Phishing.

Why don't you want to use Bitcoin? Then why would you show something and redirect it to something else?

i think you're being overly paranoid .
don't do the crime if you can't pay the time? lots of other methods you can do which aren't unethical.
i see hundreds of people spamming their movie site with no movie but a cpa locker on instagram every day.
the methods been around for years. typical worst case scenario is you get dmca request & hosting company kicks you off. in that case get offshore hosting which doesn't care about such matters. but you're not even hosting movies. so really all that will happen is some angry people will complain they never got to see their pirated movie. do you think they will be arrested for attempting to pirate? any way rant over.
find a host to pay with an alternative method (paypal, visa gift card, etc) or move on.

1. Copyright you cant be aresteze For this But you can pay a huge fine
2. You promote fake stuff that is ilegal
3. Dont use BANK account ... use Bitcoin or fake paypal .....

It's not really phishing. Phishing is when you try to get someones credentials/information. Not just sending them to a CPA offer.

That is the real meaning you mentioned but still similar when you show something and they get something else. It is a part of Phishing or fraudulent acts as well.
