Would This Count As Fraud?

I was thinking about getting multiple adsense and EPN accounts, but I'm unsure if it would be classed as fraud or not.

I am not doing anything dodgy on my sites and I generate legitimate traffic and clicks/sales for both as it is, so the earnings for both would be legitimate. I am just looking to diversify incase the worst comes to the worst and I end up getting kicked out. As I have read that both have a reputation (especially EPN) for terminating affiliates without warning.

Again I need to stress I'm not trying to con EPN or Google. I just don't want to wake up one day and find out all my income has been taken away from me. So would this be classed as fraud?

I don't think it is technically 'Fraud' however it will go against their TOS.

Considering your intentions and the fact that nobody is losing from the deal, it would not call it fraud, but just a workaround. But, yes it caught by google or ebay, the accounts will be banned because it against their TOS.

Will there be any problems when I have to pay tax on the earnings? Or will I just be able to pay it as normal?

for multiple accts you will need mutiple EIN/Tax ID #'s. at end of yr when you get all those 1099 showing earnings for all the IDs you add them up and pay the tax on your return or pay them individually per 1099, which all depends on how you file; corp, sub s, llc, individual.

make the money first then work it out.

Cool. I'm actually outside the US. So as long as I declare my taxes in my own country for however much I earn per account I should be fine?
