Im going to get into the micro niche game for the first time... and I was wondering if this calculation would be correct

IUvOl

^ Exact Searches

4,400/30 = 146
Lets say the from those 146 daily searches I get 100 visitors per day...
Lets say I have an %20 CTR that would get me 20 clicks per day for a total of around $32 per day...

For a grand total of around $960 per month.

Is making this assumptions correct or im far away from reality?

Why do you think 20% of your visitors will click on your ads?
And more important is there strong competition on that exact keyword?

Not trying to impress anybody here or w.e but the competition seems normal IMO I have done SEO for tougher keywords and ranked them before..

From my experience a lot of new websites get around %20 Page CTR

Local monthly searched is usually the better indicator. From position 1 you can expect a 45% clickthrough rate. CPC is an average based on what the advertisers pay per click and what you're looking at is the top end of the rate, so I would at least half that figure.

$900 a month on one site is doable but not with search volumes and cpc like that, you'll need to target other kw's and lsi's as well.

Full of mistakes your plan...

Even if you rank nr 1 for that keyword, you get only 40% of the traffic from that keyword, so 40% x 146 = 59 clicks not 100

That cpc of 1.63$ is what PEOPLE PAY TO APPEAR ON GOOGLE.COM . It has nothing to do with adsense, budget setting in adwords is different from google.com and for adsense. So expect, about 20 cents per click.

With those figures, you can expect max 100$ from adsense, and that is considering you rank for associated long tails keywords as well. If is a good commercial product, and you use amazon or other affiliate programes -- maybe you can go to 300-400$ per month - but if it's not a commercial keyword, no chance.

OK thanx for the replies, im going to target keywords with way more searches and a higher CPC

Friend. If you managed to SEO a good keyword before you SHOULD know that the Adwords keyword tool is BS.
