Is putting your own word between a 2 word trademark still considered trademark infringement? For example, youDOWNLOADtube dot com. The words you and tube are separated, and i doubt youtube has rights to the individual words.. so is it still trademark infringement?

"You are at risk of losing your chosen domain name if the owner of an existing trademark convinces a judge or arbitrator that your use of the domain name makes it likely that customers would be confused as to the source or quality of the products."

In other words, if a customer could be mistaken for thinking your domain / website is owned by youtube, you could be at risk of losing your domain if youtube decided to pursue you. Youtube would just have to say they think it is similar (even though only slightly), and unless you wanted to got to court / arbitration over it (I'm going to assume you wouldn't bother) you would lose it.
