Would This Be Over Optimized

So I have a keyword rich domain and am going to use a wordpress blog. If the category is the same keywords as the domain, would this be considered keyword spamming or over optimized or would I be okay.

Ex - mypaydayloanblog.com/paydayloan/payday-company-loan-offer.html

or would something like this be better

mypaydayloanblog.com/offer/keyword-rich-payday-company-loan-offer.html

Go for the second one, you could even drop the "offer" part. The first one is a little over the top.

Yup, the 2nd one is way better although it is a bit too much as well. Be careful not to over do it with the title as well cuz there you will get shot down very quickly for spamming.
