hey guys i wrote this crazy copy for a presell video on an "acne" niche related cb product and all i need now is some before and after pictures something like the ones located here

ahhhh cant post links yet but basically high quality before acne product photo (FACE ALL JACKED UP) after acne product (FACE ALL CLEAR)

my question is is it illegal if i was to say take his pictures put it in a video and act like he was me if so does anyone know where i can get pictures like these before and after type photos that i could use legally.. this copy is so good that it might go viral and i don't want to risk having it taken down one day or something

Lol i dont think its illegal, but its definitely misleading.

You would be in the grey area though. He could take action if he wanted to.

And some people have depression for their acne problems. Giving them false hopes will only lead to suicide. But who am I to tell you this on a black hat forum lol =) Nah, I'm just messing around. Well, you could do it, as I can see the rest of 90% doing it, just that it's up to you how sophisticated you are doing it. And yes, he could take action against you if he would want that, but mostly he would just point out the CB vendor, not you. As you know, usually black hat doesn't necessarily mean illegal, no. Maybe immoral in some cases, but it doesn't revolve to illegal.

Lol, it is not illegal. You can put your own if you want. You are just selling method, and just showing a proof of yours. So even if it works or not, that is client problem. If it not works, that means your information is misleading.

If you know how, you can easily add or remove acne on any image with Photoshop.

Either do a close up of badly scarred skin that does not show any distinguishable features or get a photoshop expert on it.

Yes it is illegal, it's a fraud. ;)
And second, those pictures are not yours, so that's a breach of autorship rights. ;)
But I doubt anyone will give a flying turd about it, but since you asked.

It's not illegal in the sense that you'll get arrested and sent to jail, but it's a civil matter and the guy could take you to court. Keep a way to contact you open, because you'd probably just get an angry email. If he wanted to actually spend the money on a lawyer you could get a C&D, but it's not likely being that would involve money. Then you'd just have to honor it. If he's really mad and wants to file a lawsuit he'd have to spend a whole lot of money and then it's up to the courts to decide.

thanks for the quick replies :) i know its kinda messed up but the product is actually not that bad and may actually help cure certain people"s acne & i know for a fact these kind of photos on my vid would increase conversions a great deal..

mods can close now if they want
