I am looking to start up a business and the domain I have registered is something like:

metalforcash.org

There is already a domain that is trademarked named metal4cash.com. Would I be unable to use this domain due to the uncertainty it could cause possibly?

No. There is a letter instead of the word. Different name. If they wanted the name entirely, they'd have bought that domain before you.

i think so too ... no problem.

just dont copy there logo and page to be safe

Don't think so, it's a generic name, plus it's not the same one

Check to see if the TM registration is for a logo or the word itself (standard character mark). If it is the word itself, the TM owner would have grounds to claim that your domain is confusingly similar and could recover it under certain circumstances.

Its not the same so there shouldn't be any problem.

They are different but just sound the same go for it and you'll be fine.
