Recently I have discovered a backlink from a .com site built 1 month ago.

The website has only 1 article published, content entirely copied from one of my articles. Copy/paste content including a link to my site.

Is this random sh*t or is some kind of black magic?

LOL. The black magic part got me cracking. I don't think that will be a problem since your content has already been indexed. If there should be any penalty, he'd be the one to receive it for duplicate content.

Haha, what kind of sorcery is this? LOL. I have heard of cases that it could affect both sites though, not sure.

You can disavow and spam report that site.

Disavow, because the backlink doesn't help you anyway.
Spam reporting, won't have noticeable impact but maybe it helps one day.

Thank you guys for your help

Just in case, what would be the best way to remove this link?
Contact his hosting provider or directly send an inquiry to Google?

You can mail them to remove or file DMCA report. As your content indexed first mostly it will not cause any problem but there is a chance(drop in traffic). Increase site trust and credibility to be more safe.

I have faced such a problem two tears ago
There wasn't penalties for my site

Wait to disavow or do anything unless you see some rankings or traffic issue because of it. If it’s not affecting the site just move on and add more good content.
