I am in the market for an affordable Windows dedicated server with a host that is sympathetic to BH techniques and tools.

Try xsserver.eu
They are really good in my opinion and AFAIK you can use BH tools without a problem.

I have been using dmbhosting co.uk, look them up on twitter they usually have some good deals going.

been running SB, seo spyglass, and senuke for about 3 months now

Well, as inexpensive as possible but I can go as high as $150. Prefer something around $100 or less if possible.

I can't find anything better or cheaper than Limestone Networks for a dedi.

What do you think? Overkill?

What flavor of Windows do I want? Windows 2008 Web R2 (64bit)? It's $0.
