Would someone pay for a backlink on DA10 website?

My opinion would be, Selling backlinks on a DA 10 site is a long-shot for monetization unless you're in an exceptionally niche market.

I would not pay for anything below DA10, probably even regardless of traffic
Moz assigns DA like peanuts. DA10 is like the bare shit of the websites. I would not consider a page with DA40 either, I cannot careless about DA. But if I saw a site with DA10 (with DomDetailer for example), I would most likely not look into it anymore (it's just a very basic filter). In fact I would not purchase a link under DA20, because as I say, Bulk is very generous assigning DA.
Still DA for me is one of the least important metrics in the world. The only good thing is that it's free when you check in most rating checkers so it's a simple way to filter down fast.

Many sellers here blasting their sites with 5-10k backlinks and saying that their DA is 20-50 then selling this kind o of guest posts. I have given many negative reviews, please don't do the same!
