Would it be okay to do this?

So I made the mistake of managing my friends account on my residential IP with 2 of my other accounts. I guess he was trying to grow his account with other websites as well and now his account always get the follow action block even if it doesn't follow many people. Anyways I want to remove his account off of my residential IP. Would it be okay to swap his account with another one of my personal accounts that are on a proxy? and then put my personal account in that third slot on my residential IP? Or should I just buy a new proxy for my friends account?
